Mediator - Dispute resolution

Pursuant to Article L156-1 of the French Consumer Code, Braunbär Hotel & Spa offers its customers a consumer mediation mechanism, as a member of the sector’s mediation system, MTV (Mediation of Tourism and Travel).

After lodging a complaint with the hotel’s customer service team, and in the absence of a satisfactory response received within 15 business days, the customer may submit the matter to the Travel and Tourism Mediator.
