Tucked away near the Fondue Gondola cabin and right next to the hotel’s wellness area esplanade is a small chalet, home to the Grillkota, a dining experience unlike anything else in Wengen.
Step through the wooden door and discover a space decorated in the classic style of the Bernese Alps and traditional Swiss chalets, complete with cushions, furs, wall decor, and warm wood throughout. It is a true immersion into Swiss folklore. In the center of the room, a crackling fire awaits, ready for a generous and indulgent raclette served with boiled potatoes, house-made pickles and condiments, and a side salad for an unforgettable meal.
Open every evening at 7:30 PM, service is available for groups of 6 or more. This means the experience is open to individuals, couples, or smaller groups, and will be shared with other guests. It is a unique way to taste Swiss cuisine and enjoy a convivial atmosphere, true to the spirit of Swiss hospitality.

Gluten-free and lactose-free options are also available to accommodate various dietary needs.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Goldlöckchen restaurant dining room, with room service available for an additional fee. Non-hotel guests are welcome to join us for breakfast at a price of 28 CHF for adults and 20 CHF for children.
